Led by the Principal -- Principal Lu personally participates in academic management. Professional Specialization -- Separate dedicated leaders for academics, student development, and university admissions. Chinese-Western Integration -- Both educators deeply versed in China's foundational education and international school operations experts. Small and Selective -- Approximately 100 students enrolled each year, ensuring attention to every child.

Chair of the Board & Executive Principal
Education: B.Eng. in Aerospace Engineering, Tsinghua University; MBA, China Europe International Business School (CEIBS)
Career: Former aircraft design engineer at AVIC; former Investment Director
Principal Lu is the driving force behind Cogdel. She designed this school around three education pain points: breaking the single assessment system, connecting school with society, and making soft skills development scientific rather than mystical.
As a Tsinghua alumna and former technology investor, she infuses engineering logic and investment thinking into educational management, personally teaching the Investors' Classroom and AI General Studies courses.
