This summer, give your child the gift of language confidence. Cogdel Primary English Immersion Camp 2026 is now accepting enrollments for students aged 6–12. Set on our 5A scenic heritage campus in Anren Ancient Town, this is not a traditional English tutoring program — it's a full English-living experience.
Why This Camp Is Different
At Cogdel, we believe "English is not a subject — it's a tool for thinking." Our camp creates an immersive environment where language acquisition happens naturally — through projects, play, performance, and genuine communication. Children don't study English; they use English to study things they love.
Program Features
- Project-Based English: Students research topics they're passionate about, create artifacts, and present their findings — all in English. Past projects have included "Design a Mars Colony," "Create a Campus Nature Guide," and "Produce a 5-Minute News Broadcast."
- English Drama Workshop: Build confidence through performance. Students write, rehearse, and perform short plays. Drama bypasses the self-consciousness that often blocks language production — on stage, speaking becomes natural.
- Sports & Games in English: Team sports, scavenger hunts, orienteering challenges — physical activity in an English-command environment builds fluency without the pressure of a classroom.
- Cultural Exchange: Connect with international teachers and peers. The camp's multicultural staff bring diverse accents, perspectives, and teaching styles.
- Campus Exploration: Discover 40 historical buildings, 52% green coverage, squirrels, peacocks, and the charm of a century-old scholarly town — all while building English vocabulary for the real world.

What Parents Say
"My daughter came home after two weeks speaking English at the dinner table — not because we asked her to, but because she wanted to tell us about her Mars colony project. She didn't even realize she was learning." — Camp Parent, 2025
